Terms of Payment
By submitting this form, buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth. For all new customers, pending receipt of this information and, as is standard industry practice, pre-payment in the form of check, ACH or credit card is required. Orders paid with credit card will incur a convenience fee of 3.5%. Net 30 day terms may be established by completing a credit application; if Net 30 terms are extended, payment is due 30 days from invoice date via check or certified funds. Delinquent accounts will be subject to the suspension of credit privileges and EPS may reserve the right to hold orders/shipments if account goes beyond credit terms. Should the need arise, buyer acknowledges responsibility for any costs and expenses incurred in collection of this account by a third party.
